“At Entrust, we protect identities so people and organizations can live, work, and do business with confidence,” said Tony Ball, CEO of Entrust. “As AI accelerates digital transformation and raises the stakes for fraud and cyber threats, identity security becomes even more central. Ajay will help us scale smarter by strengthening the processes and automation that power productivity and resilience, while Erika will deepen our customer commitment by ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience at every step of the identity lifecycle. They will help Entrust move faster, operate with greater discipline, and drive positive customer outcomes every day.”

“AI creates opportunity-but realizing its value requires strong processes, the right operating model, and disciplined execution,” said Ajay Jindal. “My focus at Entrust is on building its foundation to allow teams to scale, work more productively, and turn AI into measurable impact across the business.”

Driving Customer Success and Long-Term Growth

Erika Cowen will lead the Customer Success organization at Entrust. She will oversee customer success management, technical support, and professional services. Furthermore, she will enhance end-to-end customer experience and retention.

Before joining Entrust, Cowen served at F5. She led customer success teams supporting large enterprise clients. She also built global teams handling complex environments.

“Customer success is built on trust and partnership, but it’s measured through the outcomes we help our customers achieve,” said Erika Cowen. “What’s exciting about Entrust is the ability to help customers both protect identities and enable secure digital experiences across the full identity lifecycle. In a world being rapidly reshaped by AI, our role is to make those experiences more connected, more proactive, and ultimately more impactful in driving long-term value for our customers.”
