Lattice Introduces Industry-First PQC-Enabled Platform Firmware Resilience for AI Infrastructure with Lattice Sentry Solution Stack

Firmware Resilience

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation recently unveiled the latest version of its Lattice Sentry solution stack, version 5.0. This release introduces the industry’s first post-quantum cryptography platform Firmware Resilience solution. Consequently, this system offers complete platform firmware protection across AI data centers and critical networks. The new stack provides system designers with a fully validated path to quantum-resistant security. Furthermore, it delivers CNSA 2.0-aligned and NIST-compliant protection against evolving cybersecurity threats.

Lattice combines its advanced FPGA portfolio with AMI platform management software for this initiative. Therefore, the integrated architecture strengthens platform Firmware Resilience throughout every stage of the hardware lifecycle.

“AI infrastructure and the threat landscape are evolving rapidly. Platform firmware has become a primary attack vector, and the quantum era will upend decades of security assumptions,” said Mamta Gupta, VP, Business Development, Compute & Communications, Lattice Semiconductor. “Customers no longer have to choose between security today and quantum readiness. Lattice Sentry delivers both, strengthening our leadership in secure, deterministic control for AI infrastructure.”

Technical Capabilities and Architecture Specifications

The updated Lattice Sentry solution stack version 5.0 empowers system designers through several key security capabilities:

  • Platform Firmware Resilience:
    • Offers NIST SP800-193-compliant BIOS, BMC, and board component protection, detection, and autonomous recovery.
    • Ensures crypto-agility along with robust anti-rollback mechanism protections.
    • Supports secure firmware updates, key provisioning, key revocation, and secure decommissioning operations.
  • Post-Quantum and Classical Cryptography:
    • Implements CNSA 2.0-compliant post-quantum algorithms including ML-DSA, LMS, and XMSS for authentication.
    • Integrates ML-KEM for key exchange along with hash-based signature verification.
    • Incorporates traditional classical cryptographic standards including ECDSA and AES-GCM.
  • Hardware Attestation and Identity:
    • Enables SPDM-based device attestation across individual server modules and rack infrastructure.
    • Features DICE-anchored cryptographic identity for supply chain and platform integrity verification.
    • Delivers multi-device attestation capabilities tailored specifically for disaggregated rack environments.
  • AMI Tektagon PQC Resiliency:
    • Delivers an end-to-end framework for PQC-enabled provisioning, attestation, and firmware updates.
    • Features a pre-validated silicon and software stack to accelerate customer deployment timelines.

Complete Design Path and Industry Demonstrations

In addition, Lattice Sentry provides a complete path from initial evaluation to full commercial production. The package includes a fully validated reference platform alongside a proven IP library. Moreover, developers access Lattice Radiant, Lattice Propel, and AMI Tektagon design tools for rapid deployment. Additionally, ready-to-run software demonstrations, custom design services, and demo boards are available today.

System architects may test these features offered by new Firmware Resilience at OCP Global Summit 2026. The event is scheduled for October 13-15 at San Jose Convention Center, San Jose, CA. Participants may visit Booth A53-A54 to witness live demos of the Firmware Resilience platform in action.

Moreover, engineers will demonstrate flash-less boot design and rack-scale telemetry technologies. Speakers will also point out quantum-resistant security, artificial intelligence-based sensor aggregation, and open infrastructure management. To conclude, these examples show how Firmware Resilience automatically protects scaling AI data centers against quantum attacks. Finally, Lattice sets a new standard of Firmware Resilience at the hardware level.
