OT Security Collaboration Expands as Forescout Joins OT-ISAC

OT-ISAC

There have been great strides in OT security initiatives since the joining of Forescout as an official partner of the Operational Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center. Furthermore, the partnership enhances threat intelligence sharing among different critical infrastructure industries. OT Security has been steadily gaining importance across the globe. Forescout has been working in collaboration with OT-ISAC for several years now. With the partnership, Forescout will be able to contribute even more to OT security. Threat intelligence provided by Forescout’s Forescout Research-Vedere Labs will also be shared.

OT-ISAC bridges the gap between operators, governments, and other industry partners. Through this, members receive timely information regarding emerging OT/ICS threats.

“Forescout is proud to be a truly global contributor to ISAC communities, helping drive cyber resilience across critical infrastructure,” said Christina Hoefer, VP of OT and IoT Strategy at Forescout. “As a founding member of the European Energy ISAC and a member of the Electricity ISAC in North America, the OT-ISAC, and the Health ISAC, we bring a broad, cross-sector perspective on evolving threats worldwide. In an increasingly interconnected world, security and resilience can only be achieved through collaboration, intelligence sharing, and trusted partnerships.”

Intelligence Sharing Supports Critical Infrastructure Defense

Forescout has considerable experience in the field of OT security, ICS visibility, secure remote access, and automated network segmentation. As a result, asset identification and operational risk reduction have been made much easier.

Research-driven intelligence will be provided to OT-ISAC members by the company. Moreover, these insights will play an important role in developing more coordinated defense for critical infrastructure environments. Forescout will attend several cybersecurity events this year. The presentation will be delivered by Sai Molige, who is currently working as a Senior Manager of Threat Hunting, at the ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity Symposium organized in Chicago. In addition, Daniel dos Santos, the Vice President of Research at Forescout, will deliver a speech at the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Expert Panel Forum 2026, which will be held in Singapore. He will highlight the issues relating to threat intelligence and cybersecurity risks. Forescout continues to remain an active member of OT-ISAC.
