Dragos has officially acquired NetRise and runZero to expand its industry-defining xOT cybersecurity platform. The strategic acquisition follows the completion of Accenture’s majority investment in Dragos. Consequently, this capital infusion allows the company to scale its comprehensive xOT platform across international markets. Industrial organizations can now protect their whole xOT landscape, including connected devices, cloud networks, and software supply chains.
Furthermore, Dragos appointed CEO Robert M. Lee as Chairman of the Board to guide continuous expansion. The firm will maintain vendor neutrality while operating as an independent global security entity. Meanwhile, runZero CEO HD Moore, NetRise CEO Thomas Pace, and NetRise CTO Michael Scott join Dragos. They will direct platform integration while serving their current enterprise customers.

Additionally, runZero expands exposure management by retrieving enterprise asset data from existing IT, OT, and cloud environments. NetRise provides deep visibility into device firmware and software components to surface hidden operational risks. As a result, industrial defenders easily satisfy strict compliance mandates like NERC CIP, NIS2, and TSA directives.

Furthermore, Dragos welcomed new directors to its board, including Accenture leaders Harpreet Sidhu, Luis Luque, and John Coltsmann. Dmitri Alperovitch, Co-Founder of CrowdStrike, also returns to the governing board.
