Datavault AI Acquires Cybersecurity Firm CyberCatch in an All-Cash Transaction

CyberCatch

Datavault AI Inc. announced a major acquisition agreement today. The company will acquire CyberCatch Holdings, Inc. in an all-cash deal worth $94.5 million.

Under the terms, Datavault AI buys all 26.8 million common shares of CyberCatch. Consequently, shareholders will receive $3.53 in cash per share upon closing.

This transaction brings CyberCatch into Datavault AI’s Quantum Private Network GPU ecosystem. Furthermore, the purchase targets an information security market that reached $213 billion recently.

Threat actors increasingly use generative artificial intelligence to breach enterprise networks rapidly. In fact, average eCrime breakout times dropped to 29 minutes last year. Therefore, bringing CyberCatch into the platform provides immediate risk mitigation for corporate clients.

Following the close, CyberCatch will operate as a corporate subsidiary from San Diego. Founder Sai Huda will serve as President and report directly to Datavault AI CEO Nathaniel Bradley.

Additionally, the transaction relies on standard regulatory, stock exchange, and shareholder approvals.

“Cybersecurity is no longer a separate stack from data and AI,” said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “It is the precondition for both. CyberCatch’s continuous compliance and cyber risk mitigation platform is expected to add to DataValue, DataScore, and IDE a real-time risk and compliance signal at every node of our edge fleet, from federal contractors to enterprise data customers.”

Enhancing Quantum Security and Enterprise Compliance Infrastructure

Moreover, the platform leverages patented MARS-MABE encryption technology to deliver quantum resistance. This architecture replaces manual annual security audits with continuous agentic penetration testing.

Specifically, specialized AI agents simulate real-world attacker tactics across three dimensions continuously. These tests verify compliance against frameworks like NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

Meanwhile, strategic partnerships with Speridian Technologies and Sterling Advisors Group expand commercial distribution. These channels reach defense suppliers, healthcare systems, and government agencies nationwide.

“Datavault AI’s quantum-ready edge platform is exactly the next-generation infrastructure our customers and the marketplace in critical sectors such as defense, healthcare, and financial services need cybersecurity built into,” said Sai Huda, founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of CyberCatch. “Joining Datavault AI gives our customers a clear path to a unified secure-data platform with continuous compliance and cyber risk mitigation built in.”

Ultimately, this strategic combination establishes an integrated secure compute framework across enterprise environments.
