OPSWAT and Emerson announced a new global strategic reseller agreement today. This partnership aims to strengthen Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity for global power and water industries. Consequently, Emerson will integrate OPSWAT’s scalable operational technology (OT) patch management capabilities. These features will join the Ovation™ Automation Platform directly. The new solution builds upon the current collaboration between both global leaders. It secures the Ovation Platform using OPSWAT’s MetaDefender Endpoint™ and My OPSWAT™ Central Management. These tools belong to Emerson’s specialized power and water cybersecurity suite. Previously, both companies worked on MetaDefender Kiosk™ and MetaDefender Unidirectional Security Gateway™ solutions. Additionally, this move expands the well-established DeltaV™ Alliance agreement.
