In his new role, Jeff will synchronize cyber initiatives, driving strategy, execution, and mission protection across critical defense infrastructure. Jones brings decades of Department of Defense experience, spanning military intelligence, network defense, and secure communications operations. He served as Deputy to Commanding General, U.S. Army Cyber Command, and led global cyber modernization programs successfully for national security, partner interoperability, and resilient mission systems.
Strategic Cyber Experience and Future Vision
Jeff is a retired Senior Executive from the DoD, with nearly 30 years cybersecurity leadership, digital transformation expertise. He served as Vice Director, Joint Staff J6, and Executive Director JFHQ–DODIN, leading global cyber defense operations. He holds master’s degrees from U.S. Army War College and James Madison University, supporting strategic technology leadership across government cyber programs and advanced intelligence modernization initiatives globally.
