DoiT, a leader in FinOps and CloudOps solutions, has acquired CloudWize, a multi-cloud security posture and compliance platform. This strategic move expands DoiT’s Cloud Intelligence™ to include intelligent security posture, compliance, and automated guardrails. It combines risk, reliability, and cost into a unified, results-focused platform.

CloudWize’s technology provides a continuous Security Graph for incident response investigations within Amazon Web Services. Its platform detects misconfigurations, compliance drift, and potential attack paths, automating remediation through policy-as-code guardrails. By connecting security posture findings to cost impact, CloudWize aligns with DoiT’s outcome-focused approach.

Vadim Solovey, CEO of DoiT, said, “In the last ten years, we’ve learned that many FinOps or CloudOps issues actually begin with security drift and misconfiguration. CloudWize offers cost-aware, context-driven security to DoiT Cloud Intelligence. This helps customers avoid misconfigurations that cause waste, outages, and risk.”

Chen Goldberg, CEO and founder of CloudWize, added, “Joining DoiT allows us to scale our mission globally, helping customers turn security and compliance into strategic advantages that drive both resilience and efficiency.”

This acquisition strengthens DoiT’s leadership in the evolving FinOps 3.0 landscape, bridging the gap between FinOps, SecOps, and DevOps. These capabilities help organizations prioritize risks, automate remediation via DoiT CloudFlow, accelerate compliance, and enable confident, efficient team actions.

The addition of CloudWize technology marks another important step in DoiT’s effort to create an intent-aware platform for CloudOps and FinOps. This platform ensures that every decision, from spending to security, is guided by context and automated for action.
