BeyondTrust has strengthened its FedRAMP-authorized portfolio by adding its “Identity Security Insights for Government” offering. The addition expands BeyondTrust’s federal identity security capabilities and gives agencies better visibility into identity risks.

The new service is approved under BeyondTrust’s existing FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO), allowing federal and state agencies to adopt BeyondTrust solutions with confidence. It covers human, machine, and AI identities across accounts, entitlements, configurations and cross-domain risks. Agencies can view identity-attack paths and prioritize risk removal.

“As we expand our FedRAMP marketplace offerings, we reaffirm our commitment to high security standards and public-sector service,” said Janine Seebeck, CEO of BeyondTrust. “This investment enables agencies to shift to a prevention-first identity security posture by illuminating exposures, risks and privilege escalation paths.”

Identity Security Insights for Government is a SaaS-based platform. It combines BeyondTrust’s established Paths to Privilege™ and True Privilege™ capabilities to unify governance across human, machine, secrets and AI identities. The offering meets the stringent security and compliance requirements for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive unclassified U.S. government data.

Key benefits of the service

This new listing joins BeyondTrust’s existing FedRAMP-authorized solutions: Remote Support for Government, Privileged Remote Access for Government, Password Safe, and Endpoint Privilege Management. With that, BeyondTrust now offers the only FedRAMP-authorized zero-trust privileged access management solution that unifies remote access with full privileged access controls and visibility.

Federal agencies and their partners can now buy Identity Security Insights for Government through the FedRAMP Marketplace. This offers a simpler way to purchase and speeds up the deployment of essential identity security controls. The certification also offers reciprocity for United States Department of Defense (DoD) organizations through alignment with the Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC SRG) Impact Level 2 (IL2).

BeyondTrust is deployed across all 50 U.S. states in cabinet-level federal agencies and in more than 100 Department of Defense environments. The firm serves over 20,000 customers, including 75 of the Fortune 100.
