Nebius has unveiled Nebius AI Cloud 3.0 “Aether”, a major upgrade designed to deliver enterprise-grade security, compliance, and control for large-scale AI deployment.

As organizations expand their AI workloads from training to large-scale inference, Nebius AI Cloud 3.0 provides the trust, governance, and performance required for production-ready AI systems. Many existing cloud infrastructures struggle with complicated deployment, fragmented tools, and slow performance. Aether tackles these challenges head-on, offering a unified and compliant environment for critical AI workloads.

Enhanced Security and Compliance

The new release includes new compliance certifications, such as SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. This allows Nebius to serve industries with strict data governance needs, such as healthcare, finance, and government. It also follows leading frameworks like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27032, ISO 27701, and ISO 27799.

Additionally, an embedded secrets manager enhances security by protecting API keys and credentials. These certifications allow enterprises to confidently move AI workloads into production while meeting regional and global regulatory requirements.

Improved Governance and Developer Productivity

Nebius AI Cloud 3.0 strengthens Identity and Access Management (IAM), giving enterprises fine-grained control over user permissions. Its observability suite supports searchable logs, metrics, and audits for clear infrastructure visibility.

Developers benefit from a redesigned user interface, preloaded AI/ML apps, and simplified GPU and CPU allocation tools. These improvements simplify workflows and speed up deployment. This cuts down on the time it takes to see value from enterprise AI projects.

According to Roman Chernin, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Nebius, “Aether demonstrates that enterprise-grade governance and developer agility can coexist on a single platform. We’re building the infrastructure enterprises need to evolve from AI experimentation to large-scale production.”

Superior Reliability and Performance

Performance remains a cornerstone of Nebius AI Cloud. The company achieved top results in MLPerf® Inference v5.1 benchmarks using NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 and NVIDIA HGX™ B200 systems, becoming one of the first NVIDIA Exemplar Clouds.

The Aether release also brings automated health monitoring, proactive issue detection, and self-healing infrastructure to improve platform stability. Better object and file storage performance increases enterprise reliability.

Expanding AI Ecosystem and Global Reach

Nebius is expanding its AI ecosystem by partnering with TD SYNNEX, Anyscale, SkyPilot, Outerbounds, Saturn Cloud, and Lightning AI. This creates a complete AI solution from procurement to deployment.

Nebius ensures regional compliance and data residency options, enabling enterprises to deploy AI workloads globally with consistent performance with data centers in the US, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, .

Nebius will host a live walkthrough of Nebius AI Cloud 3.0 “Aether” on Wednesday, November 5, at 6 p.m. CET (12 p.m. EST / 9 a.m. PST).
