11:11 Systems has completed the strategic acquisition of select IBM VMware Cloud Service Provider enterprise customers. Consequently, this milestone transaction marks the company’s eighth VMware-related acquisition and its eleventh overall. Through this addition, the organization solidifies its standing as the largest privately held global VMware partner. Furthermore, the transaction expands managed infrastructure capabilities for enterprise clients transitioning away from legacy hosting setups.
Broadcom Partner Optimization and Global Reach
Recently, Broadcom optimized its Cloud Service Provider partner program to improve overall enterprise customer outcomes. Therefore, 11:11 Systems has established itself as the leading platform for transitioning VMware environments efficiently. Specifically, this purchase extends its global operational presence across North America, EMEA, APAC, and South America. Additionally, it enhances customer migration support through an integrated portfolio of cyber resilience, connectivity, and recovery services.

Portfolio Expansion and Strategic Acquisition Growth
Notably, 11:11 Systems previously acquired seven major VMware-based entities, including iland Cloud and Green Cloud Defense. Furthermore, the firm integrated Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, Faction, Ntirety, and Digital Sense into its infrastructure network. Consequently, these combined holdings build an unmatched foundation of operational insight and technical capability. Today, the organization supports over 6,000 global enterprise accounts through its resilient VMware cloud ecosystem.
Lastly, Moelis & Company LLC and Fifth Third Securities served as financial advisors for 11:11 Systems during negotiations. Additionally, Cooley LLP provided legal counsel for the firm. However, both companies chose not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction publicly.
